For our office in Limbiate, we are looking for a
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Rif. A00022
Responsibilities and key activities:
• Management of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
• Cash management: posting and reconciling the bank statement; payment execution; cash flow monitoring
• Management of General ledger postings and preparation monthly, yearly closing procedures and consolidated accounts; Fixed assets management;
• Credit risk management and overdue outstanding payments monitoring
• Close collaboration with HQ colleagues in Germany, contact for banks, tax advisors and auditors
• Contribute to the generation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statement
• Finance Key-User for the ERP systems
• Reporting to the Managing Director
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience in a large and complex international organization in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
• Knowledge of fiscal duties with related documentation
• Hands-on experience with integrated ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Structured and team-oriented style to work
• Self-driven, result oriented, innovative and proactive mindset
• Fluency in English, knowledge of German language advantageous
