Full-Time Accounts Manager

Account Manager needed urgently.
o Lead all aspects of customer relationship management to ensure that Advanced Composites (AC) is a respected and preferred long term supplier of choice.
o Establish multiple relationships with key decision makers throughout the organisation under consideration: understand each of the contact’s scope of influence.
o Manage Account activity through actions with the customer and in-house, to optimise Gross Margin, increase sales and decrease cost.
o Set sales budgets and forecasts.
o Analyse contractual terms and conditions to determine the degree of risk to AC. Mitigate through counter proposals. Engage AC and The Group appropriately.
o Lead all negotiations. Engage AC and The Group appropriately.
o Maintain appropriate records and process controls in accordance with relevant Management Procedures.
o Support project Life Cycle Management, applying a broad based technical and commercial assessment to all relevant projects, old or new.

o Customer visits and travel to Head Office in Cambridge.

o Compliance with health and safety regulations and accepted safe practice at all times. Reporting any health and safety issues or contraventions witnessed anywhere within the business to your Manager or a Director.
Candidates should have previous experience in Accounts Management, preferably within a Commercial environment.
