Associate with Italian and English (Romania– relocation support)

Main responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat;
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies;
Collaborate with different departments.

Job requirements:
Fluent level of English and Italian (C1);
Excellent soft and organizational skills;
Previous experience in the BPO field is a plus.
