Your Role as a Customer Service:

✓ Experience in Technical Support is preferred but not mandatory
Requirements:
✓ Fluency in Italian; German; Czech; Hungarian (C2 Level or Above);
✓ Good knowledge of English (C1 level);
✓ EU PASSPORT;
✓ Good computer skills;
✓ Excellent communication skills;
✓ Good listening and empathy skills;
✓ Good time management skills;
✓ Team spirit and flexibility.
