Full-Time Administrative Assistant

To provide administrative support across a range of Administration Unit-related duties, including preparing documentation for bill payments, maintaining the accounting record, handling administrative matters and any other duties related to the Administration Unit.

 No restrictions to work in Italy (must be a permanent resident of Italy or hold a valid work permit for full-time employment)
 Good written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of other languages (e.g French, German, Spanish) is an advantage.
 General education with good results in high school or equivalent.
 Ability to provide administrative support to co-workers.
 Good command of I.T skills (MS Office skills – particularly Excel, Word & Power Point).
 Self-motivated, ability to multitask, reliable and punctual.
 Ability to work on own initiative, enthusiastic and efficient
 Relevant experience in accounts and office administration will be an advantage
